Standard, non-hazardous pallet loads can be quoted and booked online when they fit the selected van and suitable loading arrangements are in place. HGV work is quoted by our team. For oversized loads, tail-lift requirements or uncertainty about vehicle suitability, contact us before booking. Dangerous goods require our separate ADR quote process.

The price depends on the route, vehicle, date and times, load and handling requirements. Use the van calculator for a suitable standard load, or request a haulage quotation for HGV work. Providing accurate pallet dimensions and weights helps us quote the correct vehicle.

Tell us what loading equipment is available at both addresses. A suitable tail-lift vehicle may be arranged where required, subject to availability and load suitability. Our standard tail-lift limit is 400kg per pallet or handling unit. If anything is heavier, contact our team to discuss an alternative loading arrangement.

Yes, where a suitable vehicle and loading method can be arranged. Pallet count alone does not determine capacity: dimensions, height, total weight and access all matter. We use vans through to articulated vehicles; oversized or unusually heavy loads need review before booking.

Yes. We can arrange dedicated depot collection and onward delivery, subject to vehicle availability and the depot releasing the freight. Provide the collection reference, pallet details, depot contact and opening hours, and confirm that the goods are ready for release.
