How do I get an ADR transport quote?
Enter your collection and delivery details, choose a vehicle and add your dangerous goods and load information. Submit your contact details and our team will review the request before confirming pricing and availability.
What information should I have ready?
Have your collection and delivery postcodes, dates, times, package quantities, dimensions and total gross weight ready. For each dangerous goods entry, provide the UN number, proper shipping name, ADR class or division, packing group where applicable, and packaging details. Include any site access or handling requirements.
Can I add more than one UN number?
Yes. Use “Add another dangerous good” in the form to enter each different dangerous goods item separately, with its own UN number, shipping name, classification, packing group and packaging details. Our team will review the combined load before quoting.
Can I upload safety data sheets or MSDS documents?
Yes. You can attach PDF, DOC or DOCX safety data sheets in the form, with up to 10 files per request and a maximum size of 2 MB per file. If the sheets are not ready to upload, confirm that a current Safety Data Sheet can be supplied. Our team may request documents before confirming transport arrangements.
Can I request a van or a larger vehicle?
Yes. The form includes vans and larger vehicles. Choose a vehicle based on your load and provide accurate package dimensions, weight and loading requirements. Vehicle selection is a request; our team will check suitability and availability before confirming arrangements.
Can my shipment include a pallet and separate boxes?
Yes. Describe each packaging type and quantity accurately and include the dimensions and weight of the load. A pallet and a box are two handling units, but they do not automatically require two pallet spaces. Our team will assess the space and loading requirements.
Does submitting the form confirm a booking?
No. Submitting the form creates a quote request and does not reserve a vehicle. We will review the details and send a quotation. Follow the quotation link to proceed; any required payment or account approval and booking confirmation must still be completed.
Can I get an instant price for standard courier work?
Yes. Use our Instant Quote system for standard courier deliveries that do not require dangerous goods review. If you are unsure which service applies to your shipment, contact our team before submitting.
