The sender is responsible for correctly classifying, packaging and marking the goods and providing the required consignment information. Arrange the applicable documentation before collection.
Tell ACS how the goods will be loaded and unloaded, what equipment is available and whether either site has access restrictions. Any tail-lift or loading assistance requirement must be agreed before booking.

What information do you need for an ADR quote?
Provide the UN number, proper shipping name, transport hazard class, packing group where applicable, quantities, package types, loaded dimensions and gross weight. Include the collection and delivery details, required timings and relevant documentation, including a current SDS where applicable.
Can I book ADR transport instantly online?
No. Use the ADR quote form to submit a request for manual review. A request does not confirm acceptance or reserve a vehicle. No portal account is required, and standard instant van prices must not be used for hazardous goods.
Can you collect and deliver dangerous goods today?
Same day transport may be arranged after shipment acceptance, subject to suitable vehicle availability and a feasible route and schedule. Call ACS for urgent collections, fixed delivery deadlines or out-of-hours requirements. Urgency does not remove the need for shipment review.
