How do I get an instant courier quote?
Enter your collection and delivery postcodes, then choose a collection date and time to compare van prices. Choose a van that suits your goods and continue to the booking details.
Which vehicles can I book online?
You can get online prices for Small, SWB, LWB, XLWB and Luton vans. Choose a van with enough space and weight capacity for your goods, and check that it suits how you’ll load and unload. For larger vehicles, use our HGV quote form.
Can I book a collection within 90 minutes?
If you need collection within the next 90 minutes, call 01234 385970 to discuss availability. When booking online and paying by card, you must book at least 90 minutes ahead. Approved account customers can request an earlier collection through the portal, but our team must review and confirm it.
Can I use this calculator for time-critical or specialist deliveries?
Call our team before booking a fixed delivery deadline, urgent out-of-hours collection, airport freight or temperature-controlled transport. Use the ADR quote form for dangerous goods and the HGV quote form for truck movements.
Does getting a quote confirm my booking?
No. The price is a quote. You still need to complete your booking details and pay or submit an account request. Account requests need our approval, so wait for confirmation from ACS before treating your delivery as booked.
How do I pay for my booking?
You can pay securely by card through Stripe. Approved customers can also book through their ACS account. Check the total, including VAT, before you complete your booking.
Can I use the customer portal?
The portal is available to authorised ACS account users. You can view your booking history, the latest recorded delivery updates and any available delivery documents. Explore the customer portal or contact us about access.
What if I am unsure which vehicle or service I need?
